What can I do if the item was damaged or wrong?

Please send us the picture of the item you received and  the product's label on the plastic bag firsty. The SKU number of the item is also needed. After confirmed the problem, our customer service team will try best to solve your problem.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Please note: If you are not satisfied with our product,you need to send us the picture of the product you received and the product label. We need to confirm whether  the product you received is placed from our website or not,and to confirm which product you are not satisfied with. 

If you do not send the pictures to us,we can not continue to process your problem. Thanks for your kindly understanding and cooperation
