Who will be responsible for return?

If customers need to return/exchange/refund for personal reasons below, the original/return shipping fee will be at customers' expense.

Non- returnable items:
We will not accept returns under the following conditions:
1. More than 7 days after the parcel is signed.
2. Washed, worn, used or misused items.
3. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refund or exchange on Accessories, Jewelry, Earrings, Lingerie, Bodysuit, Underwear, Sleepwear, Swimwear, Beachwear, Sports bra unless the items are visibly defective.
